William J. Sarris is a member of the state and federal bar and has been practicing in Connecticut for over 28 years. He has extensive experience in a broad range of estate, probate, business, litigation and transactional work, including the representation of institutions, businesspeople and individuals. Attorney Sarris has been appointed and served as Special Master in Divorce, Fact Finder for the Superior Court and Presiding Hearing Officer at the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. He was also nominated to serve as a Workers Compensation Commissioner.

Attorney Sarris is a Vietnam Era veteran and serves on the boards of both Sacred Heart Academy and the Parent Child Resource Center. He is a graduate of the Hopkins School, Colgate University and an honors graduate of Vermont Law School.
 
Attorney Sarris is a member of the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association and the Valley Bar Association.

Sally L. Pruitt is a lifetime resident of Connecticut, currently living in Waterbury.  Attorney Pruitt’s post-graduation experience includes working in New York City for a securities firm in the Commercial Real Estate department perfecting the interests of the Trustees in secured transactions.  Thereafter, Attorney Pruitt drew upon her high school education and training from Warren F. Kaynor Technical High School where she studied machine tool & die manufacturing.  This experience proved beneficial while employed as the Intellectual Property Coordinator for an international company.  She managed its US patent portfolio facilitating over 50 patent applications being filed on behalf of software and hardware engineers/inventors.

Additional experience includes estate planning and probate, residential real estate, mortgage finance, insurance and investment commerce and the health care industry.

Attorney Pruitt is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, the Valley Bar Association, the Waterbury Bar Association and is an Alumni of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.
